☐ 1. Legal Description of Property (Copy of Deed)

☐ 2. Copy of Tax Bills (school, town, village)

☐ 3. Proof of Income

    • W-2, (2) years
    • Tax Return
    • Copy of (2) recent pay stubs
    • Copy of recent savings account, checking account, stock & bond accounts, and retirement account statements
    • Copy of court order (for alimony/child support)
    • Personal financial statements
    • Copy of lease for rental property (rent rolls)

☐ 4. Copy of homeowners insurance policy

☐ 5. Copy of title insurance policy

☐ 6. Copy of current mortgage statement verifying balance and monthly payment

☐ 7. Copy of Driver’s License for all borrowers (if none, copy ID)

 

Completed applications can be dropped off at any of our branch locations or at our Lending Center.
